Job Description

As a Showpad Professional Services Consultant, you will have the responsibility of helping out a wide range of customers worldwide, from SMB’s to large multinationals.

You will also be the one who will assist our customers in making their Showpad project a success from the start via consultancy and training to implementation. You will have an intimate knowledge of their internal company structure and work with them to realize their vision for Showpad.

You will also work closely with the development team on providing fixes, and represent customers during product meetings, echoing their feedback. There will also be opportunities to work on development or documentation projects if desired.

Successful customers are our number one priority. As a PSC, you will be given to have a real affect on our customer’s success, both with Showpad and in their business.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • 2 + years’ relevant work experience (or stayed at a holiday inn express last night)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills (not looking for someone to re-write Ulysses)
  • You feel comfortable communicating with customers and being in front of customers.
  • Committed to developing a strong technical background.
  • You’re driven by customer satisfaction.
  • Keen interest in mobile applications

Nice Extras (NOT REQUIRED, So don’t freak out if you don’t have these):

  • Knowledge of front-end web application development (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
  • Experience with a variety of media assets and file formats (preferably in a support setting)
  • Experience with SaaS project implementation
