To support our Customer Success strategy in this fast growing SaaS company, we are looking for an experienced Technical Writer who can drive our documentation management. The goal is to create content to help colleagues and customers understand our product and get the most out of it. You will be the driving force to make sure the documentation stays up to date. You constantly reach out and evaluate to improve our documentation and align with the demand of our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Write supporting documents for Showpad
• Use different media (screen shots, animation, video, etc.) that increase users’ understanding
• Revise documents as new functionalities or issues arise
• Identify documentation gaps and opportunities, introduce innovative documentation techniques and concepts
• Enhance our existing documentation processes
• Proactively collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to gather information and define documentation requirements

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of technical writing experience
• Very sharp writing skills in English
• Proven ability to quickly learn complex, technical products and convert knowledge into highly usable documentation
• Eagerness to identify opportunities to improve our documentation standards and processes, and to help other writers grow
• Strong cross-functional coordination and relationship-building skills
• HTML and CSS competency are a plus
