Job Description

Our customers are the lifeblood of our business. The growing Customer Success team at Showpad exists to deliver value and support that’s so good that our customers can’t help but tell their friends. Since the number of customers is growing fast and we want to keep them all happy and successful, we are looking for the best Customer Success Coaches that ever lived. Does that sound like you?

What you’ll accomplish at Showpad:

• You’ll deliver awesome, personal support to your own portfolio of Showpad customers, helping them to resolve issues and be successful with our product.

• You’ll work with the team to make sure that our customers’ voices are being heard in the business and product decisions that we make 

• You’ll give demos to customers to help them better understand and use Showpad’s powerful (new) features and make sure to get the most value out of Showpad

• You’ll help our developers prioritize bugs and product improvements to keep customers happy

Qualifications

• You are an upbeat person who can make a customer smile, even from behind a computer.

• You have excellent software and internet technology skills. Learning new technologies and better ways of working is your passion.

• You are a team player, excited about working in a small, agile team. Taking responsibility and taking care of your colleagues is in your nature. 

• You are a strong, concise writer and speaker that can explain things clearly in English and preferably one other European language (German, French,…)

• You’ve downloaded a Free Trial of Showpad and browsed our website, so you know what kind of company Showpad is and what we do.

* You have 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role like sales, account management or customer success
