Job Description
- Stocking kitchen with snacks, beverages, and fresh fruits
-Manage weekly breakfast and lunch order.
-Plan, organize, team-building events, happy hours, birthday celebrations, holiday parties, company offsites, etc.
- Light reception duties – answer main line and greet office guest
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
-Travel arrangements – book hotel, flights, car rentals, etc., for staff
-Responsible for maintaining public spaces including kitchen, conference room and open areas.
-Keep company calendar up to date and make sure meeting rooms are reserved.
-Communicate with property manager for maintenance issues. Manage key fob distribution.
-Assist with onboarding new hires – organize desk, supplies, set up phones, etc.,
-Run office errands
-Light accounting and HR.
-Assist with other duties as needed.
Qualifications
-1-2 years experience working in an office support capacity
-Excellent organization & ability to multitask
-The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
-Approachable, personable working style
-College Degree
