Job Description

As HR / Payroll Administrator, you are responsible for flawless administrative on boarding of new joiners, smooth monthly payroll and coordination of employee benefits. The key tasks are described below.
  • Prepare monthly payroll
  • Ensure smooth administrative on boarding of new joiners, including insurances, holiday rights, internet subscription, IT material, car park, etc
  • Single point of contact for employees on legal benefits and holiday rights 
  • Follow-up invoices related to employee benefits, like mobile phone subscriptions, public transport, meal vouchers, etc

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience with payroll and HR administration
  • Very good knowledge of Belgian social legislation
  • Efficient and accurate
  • Able to handle confidential information maturely
  • Fluent in Dutch & English
