As a key member of the Production Team, the Production Trainee will support  the entire production process and assist the production unit team members.

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in planning and executing all aspects of production for projects to achieve creative expectations, deliver projects on time and on budget.

2. Coordinate set schedules for cast, crew and technicians.

3. Generate, process and track vendor contracts.

4. Ensure smooth shoot flow by tackling day to day issues on the floor.

5. Coordinate and assist with multiple projects simultaneously.

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Film Studies & Television Management would be preferred.

Experience - 0 - 3 years

• The candidate must have excellent communication and  interpersonal skills.
• Must be highly organised and detail oriented.
• Should be a Team player and able to establish and maintain good relationships with individuals internally and externally.
• Should be flexible with travel and long shooting hours.
• Knowledge of Excel and the internet is a must.
