The Vice President - Finance position is accountable for the financial, administrative and risk management operations of the company. This includes the development of financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. Principal accountabilities are:

Planning:

1. Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives

2. Implementation of strategic business plans

3. Develop financial and tax strategies

4. Budgeting, accounting, performance tracking and reporting

Operational:

1. Lead the Accounts & Finance Team while implementing operational best practices

2. Manage the accounting, legal, tax, MIS and Audit

3. Manage third party relationships

4. Manage banking relationships and raising funds,

5. Construct and monitor reliable control systems

6. Oversee statutory compliance

    

Financial Information

1. Report financial results to the board of directors

2. Fund Management : Monitoring of Cash Flow, Working Capital position

3. Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies

Qualified CA/CS  with atleast 12+ years relevant experience.

Candidate should possess highly developed quantitative and analytical ability, excellent interpersonal skills and a  collaborative team approach.
