Job Description

  • Compliance with Companies Act 2013, Rules, Regulations and other corporate law requirements under FEMA, FDI, RBI etc.. applicable for the Company.
  • Drafting and Managing documentation with respect to the Board and General meetings, statutory and corporate reports.
  • Create manuals, protocols on good corporate governance, secretarial practices and Corporate Social Responsibility. 
  • Ensure statutory compliances by all areas of the business including registration and renewal all of licenses /permissions /authorizations, submission of periodical returns.
  • Tracking of new amendments, notifications and circulars which may have impact on the business. 
  • Reviewing secretarial practice areas with the Statutory and Internal Auditors and supporting the units in ensuring compliances with audit note/observation.
  • Assisting the Legal Head in managing the legal matters which are incidental to the above.
  • Preparation and update of monthly information documents for secretarial and legal affairs

Qualifications

Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India

LLB/MBL qualification would be an added advantage

Professional experience:

2-3 years of relevant experience
