Job Description

Arrange, Manage and Coordinate all aspects of business travel to meet the specific needs of employers, employees and clientele within an organisation.

  • Act as one point contact for handling a variety of itineraries,queries and complaints.
  • Ensure best value bookings are made each time in line with the company travel policy.
  • Research and book flights, ground  transportation and hotel accommodation as per given requirements.
  • Undertake reconciliation and management of all invoices and charges and resolving all relating queries regarding travel bookings.
  • Maintain full records of all travel taken by employees following company procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor / PGDM in Travel & Tourism or Aviation.

Additional Information

 

  • Experience: 2 to 6yrs
  • Relevant experience travel management. Knowledge in Internation Ticketing is a MUST
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to explain issues with clarity and detail.
  • Can demonstrate excellent time management skills incl. prioritization and multi-tasking.
