Job Description

Recruitment

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals and recruitment agencies.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of relevant candidates against all positions.
  • Tie up with recruitment agencies and negotiate service agreements.

Induction & On Boarding

  • Roll out offer letter and complete other joining formalities.
  • Ensure seamless on boarding of new employees.

HR Administration

  • Maintain the HRIS database.
  • Manage Attendance and Leave records of all employees.
  • Ensure all records (personnel files, statutory compliances, leave records) are filed properly.

Payroll & Statutory Compliances

  • Coordinate payroll related changes with the payroll department.
  • Handle PF & ESI documentation, filing and coordination with our consultant.
  • Manage payroll coordination with third party vendors.

Employee Engagement

  • Assist HR manager with engagement initiatives
  • Initiate and Manage learning & development activities.

Performance Management

  • Assist HR manager in completing the appraisal process.

Policies & Procedures

  • Assist the senior management 
  • Ensure HR policies are up to date and procedures are adhered to.
  • Ensure relevant letters are rolled out time to time (confirmation, appointment etc.)
  • Assist in preparing Job descriptions for all roles.
  • Complete exit formalities as and when required.



  1. Assisting the senior management in developing & implementing HR policies, systems & procedures.
  2. Carrying out employee engagement activities efficiently.

Qualifications

MBA/PGDM-HR

Additional Information

Experience-1 to 2 years

Knowledge of Statutory Compliance a must.

Excellent Communication Skills
