Job Description
Recruitment
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and recruitment agencies.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of relevant candidates against all positions.
- Tie up with recruitment agencies and negotiate service agreements.
Induction & On Boarding
- Roll out offer letter and complete other joining formalities.
- Ensure seamless on boarding of new employees.
HR Administration
- Maintain the HRIS database.
- Manage Attendance and Leave records of all employees.
- Ensure all records (personnel files, statutory compliances, leave records) are filed properly.
Payroll & Statutory Compliances
- Coordinate payroll related changes with the payroll department.
- Handle PF & ESI documentation, filing and coordination with our consultant.
- Manage payroll coordination with third party vendors.
Employee Engagement
- Assist HR manager with engagement initiatives
- Initiate and Manage learning & development activities.
Performance Management
- Assist HR manager in completing the appraisal process.
Policies & Procedures
- Assist the senior management
- Ensure HR policies are up to date and procedures are adhered to.
- Ensure relevant letters are rolled out time to time (confirmation, appointment etc.)
- Assist in preparing Job descriptions for all roles.
- Complete exit formalities as and when required.
- Assisting the senior management in developing & implementing HR policies, systems & procedures.
- Carrying out employee engagement activities efficiently.
Qualifications
MBA/PGDM-HR
Additional Information
Experience-1 to 2 years
Knowledge of Statutory Compliance a must.
Excellent Communication Skills
