• Provide IT support to multiple offices covering desktop, Phone (wired and VoIP), Network and workstation support.
• Establish and sustain robust Wireless and wired network, VPN administration of site to site (company sites).
• Support for remote sites and employees on all their IT needs.
• Support for Network management including LAN, WAN, Networking devices.
• Desktop provisioning (PC and MAC) covering Windows, MAC OS and Linux.
• Fault diagnostics, hardware management of workstations, asset tracking and license compliance.
• Systems backup support and maintenance of critical data.
• Implementing IT trouble ticketing and tracking through problem resolution.
• Sourcing, evaluating and selecting appropriate IT infrastructure. 

Skills: 

1. Desktop/Laptop & Server Hardware

2. Operating Systems (Windows/Apple/Linux)

3. Networking Devices (Routers / Wi-Fi Access Point / Firewalls)

Bachelor's in computer science, hardware engineering, done certified courses in CCNA, Red Hat Linux, etc.
