Job Description

As Sales support manager for Asia (Singapore), you are providing technical support to SIGFOX local customers and partners.

  • You have an active operational role towards customers, partners, enablers and integrators.
  • Provide (and later on manage) pre-sales and post-sales technical support
  • Create US (or Asia) Service Desk in order to deliver Level1 support
  • Provide Level 2 support for US (or Asia) key accounts projects & contracts
  • Provide clear and timely support activity metrics to SIGFOX corp
  • Apply and contribute to support processes

In time, the scope of your mission broadens and you :

  • manage the activity growth and create local support team
  • optimize local support processes to maximize efficiency
  • implement local first line support (service desk), in accordance with SIGFOX Corp definition and SLA commitment
  • provide efficient solutions to emerging ioT applications
  • support proactively SIGFOX ASIA sales representatives
  • ensure support service quality & monitor indicators of customer satisfaction
  • provide on-time, clear and accurate activity reporting to Corporate Support

You deal daily with a complex technical environment and master SIGFOX technology from RAN aspects to connected objects implementation. 

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree / 5-10 years of experience with successful technical & management experience
  • Leadership

  • Enthusiastic and diligent, resourceful, hard-worker, efficient
  • Clarity, accuracy and proficiency in written and verbal communication

High level of technical literacy is expected for this job, with experience or strong interest in following domains :
