Job Description

  • You will be a Product owner - systematically decide what product innovations will be of most value to our customers, write detailed requirements and wireframes, take our ideas down to the details of execution.

  • Responsible for making the right judgement calls with engineering - what tradeoffs to make to get to a Minimal Viable Product, and then how to transition from MVP to high quality.

  • Own the user experience from beginning to end, fluency in front end web engineering and design is a big plus.

  • Responsible for interviewing our customers, be in tune with our customers, know our customers and be a fierce customer advocate.

  • You will be analytical and measure everything - always deciding relevant metrics, and telling us what data will drive our decisions.

  • You will design and know how to manage designers.

  • You will work with a world class engineering team that likes to challenge each other.

  • Confidently making decisions, accountable for the results, and humble enough to quickly change direction.

  • You will make our big product ideas more Minimal, and our incomplete product ideas more viable.


  • Technical degree and/or UX/UI/HCI degree.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on results and respect for resources.

  • Comfort with iterative design process: soliciting and vetting feedback, testing hypotheses, and shipping quickly.

  • 2-5 years of software, product management or product design experience in an online or SaaS product.

  • You can talk the technical, triage bugs, build roadmaps and bucket features into releases and are fluent enough in web technologies to have productive meetings with the engineering team.

  • You are a problem-solver and can make the transition from interviewing product users to producing solid product improvements.

  • You've convinced at least one other person to undergo a project or make a change based on a presentation you put together.

  • You like breaking things and brainstorming solutions.

  • MUST have UI work to share i.e. - online portfolio, dribbble account, etc.

  • MUST have process work to share (sketches, diagrams, photos of whiteboards, etc).

  • MUST have experience using project management tools and ticket tracking.
