Job Description

JOB PURPOSE


Maintains line sheet database to include current shoe sketch, style number, description, pricing, sizes and special features.  

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS


• Coordinates with product and costing managers to gather and organize shoe data.

• Works with Sales Representatives to organize special line sheet needs.

• Records data in a timely and accurate manner.

• Maintains history of older styles.

• Coordinates with Allocations Department in order to maintain consistency throughout departments for     the most accurate and current information.

JOB REQUIREMENTS


• Self-motivated, organized, great multi-tasking and time management skills.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially with Word and Excel.

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Able to work in a fast paced environment.

• Flexible work schedule: Able to work extra hours when needed for key trade show preparation and Buy meetings.






Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree Preferred.
  • Written Correspondence.
  • Attention to Detail.
  • Passion for Footwear Industry.

Additional Information

Other duties as necessary to maintain store’s daily operations.
