Job Description

The International Retail Visual Coordinator will execute the Visual Merchandising support for all activities including all in store graphics for point of purchase material, graphics for fixtures and displays across all store types internationally for Retail and Franchise stores. This position will execute creation of language specific advertising/ graphic work orders, maintain appropriate inventory levels in distribution centers, in store graphic items, and POP.  Reports directly to the Director of International Retail and Franchise Operations.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS

• Create, edit, and monitor project timelines. Coordinate projects from concept to completion.  Responsible for overseeing traffic of all graphic and P.O.P. visual material, from corporate to store level.  Provide job status reports to supervisor as needed.
• Responsible for coordinating all P.O.P., props, fixtures, and fixture components, for new store openings (NSO’s) to confirm all new stores are visually complete prior to grand opening while communicating with the field and corporate teams to ensure proper execution.
• Replenish and maintain inventory at the Distribution Centers on an as needed basis for P.O.P.  Maintain inventory by inputting, deleting and adding to current inventory levels.  Generate key reports weekly.
• Ensure all elements of new initiatives/updates are in store prior to product delivery. 
• Ensure allocation and delivery of all P.O.P., props, fixtures, and fixture components.
• Assist in the creation of localized visual directives regarding major campaign launches and merchandising P.O.P. when needed.
• Maintain the master files for store details for all P.O.P., props, fixtures, and fixture components.
• Collaborate with domestic and international management for proper execution.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess above average computer skills including:  MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Self-starter with high level of initiative and a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
• Ability to work cross functionally and develop relationships strong interpersonal working relationships and work cross functionally.
• Must possess strong sense of urgency, organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects and priorities.
• Must have the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely.
• Must display a high degree of professionalism, tact and diplomacy.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Must have at least 2-4 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or in a Retail environment.
• BA or AA in Visual Communications, Merchandising or Marketing or related field is preferred, but not required.
• Footwear or apparel industry experience preferred but not required.
