Job Requirements:
Advanced knowledge of the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, writing business requirements, and Testing Methodologies;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products;
Advanced ability to facilitate and communicate effectively orally and in writing;
Thorough knowledge of project management theories and practices and the ability to apply that knowledge (Agile/Iterative knowledge preferred);
Thorough knowledge of testing and reporting procedures and practices;
Broad knowledge of web services testing;
Basic knowledge of the IBM Rational tool suite (preferred);
Formal Quality Assurance software testing (preferred);
Web based application testing (preferred);
Ability to document requirements utilizing Use Case methodology;
Ability to identify and resolve problems or assist in the development of creative solutions, when necessary;
Ability to lead, encourage and influence others to perform;
Ability to work well with others in a team environment
