Job Description

TEMP TO HIRE! 
$31,500 base salary + bonuses (annual take home could be- ($48K-$60K )
$14.25/hr for first 90days 
Essential Functions 

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans which identify sales strategies, assess revenue potential and trends, outline targeted activities to improve revenue opportunities, handling all resources necessary to drive incremental revenue and forecasting revenue. 
  • As an inside sales rep you will be  identifying  potential customers through a variety of sales tools (CRM systems, research tools, Windows programs, online meeting software and others) 
  • Understand and articulate the value proposition and full portfolio of offerings through the inside sales channel 
  • You will be contacting customers and prospects/leads via telephone and email in order to persuade them to buy a product or service
  • Execute and finalize sales to acquire new customers and new business by developing an understanding of customer needs, risks and challenges 
  • Results driven environment , success measured by meeting or exceed sales goals

Qualifications

Education and Experience• 4 year college degree 
• Sales work experience preferred 
• 1-2 years of work experience
