Reporting to the VP, Marketing & Client Services, your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop an understanding of Smarterer’s enterprise product, Flock
  • Develop an understanding of the market and product landscape
  • Develop an understanding of Smarterer’s target personas in talent management, learning & development and workforce planning
  • Craft client project plans, documenting milestones and success metrics
  • Project-manage client engagements, ensuring on-time delivery against key milestones
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Engineering and Product teams on client initiatives
  • Synthesize and deliver client feedback to the team
  • Evaluate and articulate client needs

Qualifications

  • 2 - 3 years experience in an enterprise client services role
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams 
  • Impeccable attention to detail 
  • A passion for process and building efficiency 
  • An entrepreneurial passion for building products with the potential to change the world
