Company Description

Smarty Had A Party is a creative and fun Midwestern ecommerce enterprise, enjoying a breathtakingly steep pace of rapidly mushrooming, supersonic volume growth and acceleration.

All great companies are well constructed teams of great individuals. A, loving and slightly wacky small startup, we see our employees as vibrant sparks, worthy of cultivation. We seek experienced, talented and enthusiastic candidates to exploit, nourish and cherish this potential.

This is the uncorporation: We celebrate and embrace people’s flaws, viewing knowledge gaps as opportunities. We strive for excellence, not by demanding perfect people, but by encouraging honesty, humility, and a growth mentality.

If you welcome a my-company-is-my-second-family atmosphere, you can grow with us from the ground up. You will take part in history in the making, and assume a dynamic, influential role, in the soon to be most famous and beloved online store in the country.
