The VS (Value Stream) Software Engineering Team Manager runs an engineering team in a value stream and works with the Product Managers, Product Specialists and Subject Matter Experts to make sure that we deliver on the roadmap and continuously pursue customer challenges. You will have a close collaboration with a VS Software Engineering Lead in the creation of development plans and broken-down backlogs, ensuring that the team delivers validated solutions on time and with the right quality.

The VS Software Engineering Team Manager is responsible for the growth and stability of the team, with an emphasis on fostering a strong and creative engineering culture. She or he owns, builds and develops the team to ensure that we continuously deliver value and achieve schedule predictability without compromising quality, security and stability.

You will manage a team with a maximum of 10 team members and collaborates with the regional Software Engineering Manager.

• A technical or engineering background, having worked with software engineering
