We are looking for a Software Engineering Lead, that will lead the team in day to day work, makes sure we are aligned with architectural guidelines and help the team work in an efficient way.

You will serve as a go to person for technical inquiries, planning efforts and leads the technical plan for the team and uses the team to develop, execute, and cultivate into it.

This role will also participate in early refinements with the engineering manager and help refine the backlogs for the team (product and team backlog). The time will be divided with 65% in production (Coding, designing, etc.) and 35% refining, mentoring and aligning.

Our current tech stack consists of: C#, .NET, Event Sourcing, CQRS, Aurelia, Rebus, DDD, SQL-Server, but we are always seeking out for new and improved ways.

• Lead experience
• Good amount of exposure to either C#/.Net
• JavaScript frameworks
• Single page applications
• Enterprise development & usage of Microsoft SQL Server
