As the Director of Engineering your primary task is to build a strong management team that has a clear direction and cooperates to continuously improve how we deliver top class software. You need to have a broad perspective on software development and understand how the different parts of the company contributes to our common success to be able to go outside your own department to find areas to improve.

A deep understanding of Agile product development is a must and you need to believe in agile leadership, since we strive to have self organized teams
