Southern Trust Mortgage is looking to hire a Branch Operations Manager for its Virginia Beach branch.  This seasoned Mortgage professional will lead a team of specialists and will be focused on a great customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, training and maintaining a strong and efficient sales and operations team alongside the Virginia Beach branch Sales Manager. This individual will assist in implementation of business development and sales strategies that will expand market shares within the Hampton Roads area to improve profitability.

• Minimum 8+ years mortgage experience
• At least 2-3 years’ management or team lead experience
• Ability to manage a mortgage pipeline
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Previous Processing experience a must
• Underwriting experience a plus.
