• Shadow and interview team members (IT, marketing, graphic design, and media production) in order to document various business activities. 
• Participate in research and discussions designed to identify the current state and opportunities for process improvement.
• An intern with technical aptitude will have opportunities to implement various workflows with automation software.

• Experience with flowchart tools (MS Visio, Gliffy, etc.) strongly preferred
• Experience with SaaS tools for project management, etc. (Examples include Asana, Producteev, Google Drive, Trello, and IFTTT. Please list your specific experience with SaaS tools when you apply.)
• Demonstrated ability to learn new software tools

The SparkDawn Media intern program is designed for students who need to obtain course credit through experience in their industry. You and your manager will design your schedule around the specific requirements of your academic department.
