Job Description

We are seeking a Director of National Accounts with a minimum of two (2) years experience in business/client development. Acting as the primary point of contact to existing clients, this individual will be responsible for actively identifying new business opportunities with senior level decision makers. Responsibilities will include growth of an individual book of business; recommendation of approaches to meet clients’ business needs; and the development and execution of sales strategies and tactics.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a business development or client interfacing role
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue business development opportunities, serve as a trusted advisor, and interface with executive level clients.
  • Ability to uncover clients’ communication challenges/needs, align Speakeasy’s offerings, and articulate recommended solutions to senior-level and C-Suite clients across multiple disciplines/sectors. 
  • An executive presence with polished and well-developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Undergraduate degree required.
