Should have thorough experience on IT Recruitments
Should be technologically updated.
Screening Through Panel/Questionnaire
Responsible for Talent Acquisition completely at Junior and Mid level
Talent Acquisition completely across all levels - strategizing for sourcing, planning for recruitment
Administering the selection process / procedure effectively in all recruitments - and working towards process improvement.
Experience into job portals like Naukri, Monster
Taking care of all the interview process/round
Documentation validation
Salary negotiation
Should be able to do all formalities till the candidate joins
