It optimizes complex queries to power real-time OLTP and OLAP apps at scale without rewriting existing SQL-based apps and BI tool integrations.

Job Description

  • Respond to incoming inquiries, telephone and/or written, from Splice Machine customers
  • Research and resolve inquiries in a professional, timely, and accurate manner
  • Escalate all Tier 2 and Tier Three inquiries and issues using Zendesk and Jira
  • Document all inquiry activities in the appropriate reporting system
  • Provide responses to inquiries in writing
  • Follow up on all Tier Two and Tier Three escalated inquiries 
  • Become knowledgeable in Splice Machine
  • Identify processing deficiencies and initiate corrective actions
  • Suggest ways to improve work processes
  • Actively participate in operational and ongoing training on multiple platforms and systems release updates

Qualifications

  • College Degree
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service/ call center experience
  • Experience troubleshooting IT applications
  • Experience working at least with one of the following IT capabilities: system testing, networking, connectivity, or security
  • Ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to assess workload, meet deadlines, and adjust as needed
