As the first member of Caviar’s Sales Operations & Strategy Team you will build the strategy, analytics, processes, and tools to dramatically accelerate our performance against ambitious targets. Job Description

You Will: 

  • Own the Caviar sales team metrics, reporting, and dashboards we use to run the business
  • Drive the analyses that steer the sales org including compensation and quotas, lead generation and management, market coverage and segmentation, etc.
  • Work regularly with cross functional stakeholders to enable sales and share successes
  • Standardize processes and performance across markets through dashboards and reporting
  • Facilitate tests of different sales collateral, messaging, and tactics
  • Help drive the product roadmap by identifying product gaps and communicating them accordingly

Qualifications

You Have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with major in analytical or technical field strongly preferred
  • 2-4+ years of analytical experience, ideally in sales operations, business operations, or consulting
  • 1-2 years in sales operations with a small to medium sized sales team
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, complex analyses, and models
  • Experience with Salesforce or other similar CRM is strongly preferred
  • Experience with SQL a strong plus, Tableau, Python, Ruby, etc. a plus
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude to overcome any obstacle and get things done
  • Willingness to take on big challenges and own the results from brainstorm to execution
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions including product, marketing, analytics, engineering, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to influence others effectively
