Job Description

As a Product Manager at Square, you will be responsible for driving product initiatives from inception through execution. In this role you will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, analysts, and other cross-functional team members within the organization to ensure that our products amaze and delight our merchants and their customers.


Qualifications

You will:

  • Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to define the service and/or product
  • Own delivery of product initiatives and releases
  • Conduct market research and detailed quantitative analysis and apply it to product strategy and planning 
  • Write user narratives and archetypes to inform the user experience
  • Define, document, and communicate objectives, requirements and constraints for product initiatives and releases
  • Manage the GTM process, and collaborate with Product Marketing and Business Analytics to meet objectives

You have:

  • Experience shipping best-in-class, customer-focused products and a proven track record of entrepreneurial success
  • 4+ years of product management experience at a startup or consumer internet company
  • Passion for building products and services aimed at empowering businesses of any size
