Job Description
Square is seeking an experienced and skilled individual to support our London and Dublin offices. As the office manager you will act as the primary person responsible for ensuring that the office environment runs smoothly in both locations while simultaneously supporting local growth initiatives.
You will:
Facilitate day-to-day office operations
Support employee, candidate and guest experience
Develop localised office experience, connecting Square with it’s customers
Support local business objectives
Provide cross-functional support to local teams
Lead locally driven events
Support our country leads
Qualifications
You have:
3+ years of office or project manager experience
Experience working in small startup environments a plus
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, strong presentation skills
Demonstrated administrative experience supporting a team in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work on a team and independently
Extremely reliable and with impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in an environment with multiple different projects, prioritising appropriately
