Job Description
Our fast-paced Business Services Team has an infectiously positive attitude and drive to win. Your leadership will help Square drive revenue against individual, team and organizational quotas. Your entrepreneurship will be a valuable contribution to developing Square’s Sales strategy, growing the team and establishing a culture of crisp execution.
Qualifications
You will:
Support direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings or engaging other corporate resources as required
Monitor the sales activity of the team, tracking the results, and succinctly report them to senior management
Conduct weekly forecast meetings
Coach direct reports regarding strategies to drive revenue and customer success
Use the customer voice to drive improvements in interactions and product
Envision new and innovative ideas and approaches and take them to fruition
You have:
4+ years of success in a management role
Managed a team of 5+ individual contributors
Facilitated working with and influencing cross-functional teams and departments in an environment of rapid growth
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Created an environment where people are encouraged to share information, constructively debate, and communicate freely
Streamlined decision-making and considers the downstream and upstream effects of potential decisions
Excellent presentation and listening skills
Experience in a high transaction volume software application or financial services sales is a plus
Related Bachelor’s degree preferred
