As a designer for the Square Marketing product team, you will be responsible for designing email and social media marketing themes that will be used by thousands of Square merchants of many different types (Restaurants, Cafes, Retail, Health and Beauty, Services, etc). You will balance between making these themes unique, attractive and enticing to consumers, while keeping them reusable by different merchants.

You will:

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and the rest of the team to deliver amazing experiences for our customers
  
• Work within established templates to illustrate / design a variety of new themes. For example:

• Themes that capture seasonal “moods”

• Themes that reference different types of businesses

• Themes that could support local events (e.g. festivals, sporting events)

• Themes that convey different tones (e.g. minimalist vs. graphic)

• Slice & prepare email and social media assets for development, for each approved theme

You have:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience designing email and social media marketing campaigns, or other digital marketing assets
• Demonstrated comfort with an iterative design process that includes accepting and acting on feedback and constructive criticism
• Excellent collaboration skills
