As a Hyperion Business Systems Analyst, your goal is to help us grow efficiently by maintaining and scaling our Financial, Workforce, and Supply & Demand Planning systems. In this role, you will partner closely with stakeholders in our Finance and Hardware departments on maintaining a roadmap and delivering regular updates.

Additional responsibilities include: 

• Working on the most complex business problems, analyzing, and evaluating current business methods and procedures for improvement

• Developing a detailed understanding of the setup and architecture of Hyperion Planning, including Essbase and Calc Manager

• Designing and implementing new methods, procedures, and systems (both automated and manual) to improve the processing and flow of information within the company

• Working closely with end users to define requirements for new or improved systems

• Creating and maintaining thorough, up-to-date, functional, and technical systems documentation for any and all customization and maintenance actions taken

• Performing and documenting program unit tests based on sample data, stipulated functional test conditions and stipulated expected results; resolving any issues of functionality (i.e., debug program logic errors)

• BS or MS in Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst with increasing levels of responsibility

• At least 3 years of in-depth experience with Hyperion Planning and Essbase

• Working knowledge in SQL 

• Knowledge in Oracle General Ledger and Hyperion Financial Reporting

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and interact at all levels

• Extremely high attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

• Impeccable customer service and interpersonal skills

• Previous roles in a high growth tech environment a plus

• Experience in Oracle PBCS a plus

• Experience with FDMEE/ODI/EPM Automate a plus
