We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our IT team. This is a great opportunity to grow with the company, learning more every day into a fantastic OS X Sys Admin.

You will:

• Image computers 
  
• Create accounts for new hires
• Field user problems
• Migrate users to new machines
• Deploy software 
• Help with A/V set up for internal communication events
• Assist with automation

You have:

• Strong OS X and Mac HW troubleshooting experience
  
• OS X end user support experience
• Liveops administration experience
• Good problem solving skills
• Basic networking skills - understanding of protocols, WiFi, GigE, switches, etc.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs computer equipment and hardware as needed (Mac Towers aren't light!)

Even better:

• OS X imaging experience (DeployStudio, Casper)
• Previous work experience in a start-up environment
• Command line Unix experience
• Other Unix/Linux experience (Shell scripting)
• Experience with Munki
• Being a serious A/V person will help in many ways
