Job Description

Partnerships with exceptional restaurants are a core differentiator for Caviar. In this role as a National Restaurant Operations, you’ll be working closely with our National Partnerships team to onboard and support new restaurants across multiple service regions. This includes remotely managing their menus, training their staff, ensuring all information and processes are completed to launch, and supporting their account needs. In addition, you will be managing national mass communications and operations processes for all of our restaurant partners. Throughout all of this, you will be collaborating daily with other teams across the company, including local market sales teams, support, dispatch, and others.

Qualifications

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a sales, account management, project management, partner management, support, or operations.
  • You have world-class people and relationship-building skills. You can turn any situation around and be able to make our partners love us.
  • You have strong communication skills and have the ability to consistently keep colleagues, team members and other key stakeholders aligned.
  • You are fantastically structured and organized. You understand the value of planning ahead, using tools to keep big projects on track, and communicating clearly.
  • You are incredibly focused on details: typos, features, facts. Nothing escapes you and you pride yourself on your ability to spot errors before they become problems.
  • You are positive and proactive. Leave it to you and you’ll get the job done. You understand that a fast-moving startup is full of challenges, and you wouldn’t have it any other way.
  • You work independently and efficiently. You don’t rely on your manager to tell you everything that needs to get done, but you know when to ask for help. You know how to manage your own time.
  • You are a strong problem solver. Maybe you haven’t encountered this particular restaurant inquiry before, but you’ll figure out how to address it and create a better process, more scaleable process going forward.
  • You are highly results-driven. You set high goals and do what it takes to meet and exceed expectations
  • You have a deep love of amazing food, restaurants, and the desire to consistently provide an exceptional experience to stakeholders and customers, both internally and externally.
