Job Description

The Marketing Contractor, Caviar for Teams is an incredibly bright individual who is early in their career, looking for ways to have a major impact during a short period of time. Caviar for Teams offers three ways for large and small businesses alike to feed their employees—and this role will target and educate companies who would benefit from our services.

You’ll help determine the best tactics to outreach to potential corporate customers, with a strong focus on driving qualified leads to Caviar’s sales team. You’ll work closely with the Caviar for Teams organization and the Caviar marketing team, as well as interface with other groups across Caviar and Square.

Qualifications

You will:

  • Develop an understanding of Caviar’s corporate strategy and test/implement tactics to drive leads to the corporate sales team
  • Manage the Caviar for Teams marketing calendar, establishing a steady drumbeat of activities
  • Drive end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns—from concept, to implementation, to analysis
  • Test offline/non-digital channels to reach potential corporate customers
  • Identify opportunities for content and help produce materials to support the corporate sales team
  • Test new ways to source potential targets for the Caviar corporate sales team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to grow top-line revenue

You have:

  • A love of trying new things — eager to brainstorm, ideate, and quickly test new ideas
  • 1-2 years of marketing, marketing internships, or similar experience, and are ready to take on another short term challenge
  • A penchant for detail, from using the perfect punctuation to creating well-structured spreadsheets
  • A desire for hands-on marketing experience
  • An ability to get things done, and the judgment to execute well
  • Strong familiarity with professional software and relationship management tools, e.g. Google Docs, Salesforce, Docusign, M S Excel, Yesware, SQL
