Job Description

Square is hiring its first Inbound Talent Program Manager to build out our inbound talent strategy and related programs. We’re seeking someone who will sniff out problems and readily offer insightful solutions and is motivated by continuous and constant improvement. You’ll partner closely with sourcers, recruiters, and hiring managers to develop and execute strategies to attract top candidates to Square. In addition to managing a high volume of inbound applicants across a variety of roles and functions, you will manage our Employee Referral program - a critical source of talent that we want to nurture actively. Our Talent team is passionate about candidate experience, and this begins with you! 

Qualifications

You will:

  • Develop, manage, drive, and enhance various inbound recruiting initiatives, including employee referrals
  • Review a high volume of applicants, understand a range of roles and functions, and provide a high-touch candidate experience
  • Train and mentor inbound sourcers
  • Help drive increased results and efficiency for recruiting programs through data/reporting and insightful analysis on findings
  • Research and implement industry best practices and understand market trends and technologies  
  • Improve the employee referral experience by adhering to SLAs and providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and referrers

You have:

  • Recruiting or related experience
  • Experience training or mentoring team members
  • Proven track record of using data to diagnose issues and find solutions
  • Built and/or managed programs
