Developers and the Square Platform are key to Square's strategy for expansion.  With the platform, developers are building commerce applications that meet the needs of any business -- large or small.  You will own giving those developers the best experience in the market to drive growth, decrease time to value, and change the perception and identity of Square.  To accomplish this you will work with our executive leadership team and business leaders to hone and deliver on this explicit investment strategy. You Will

• Own the developer experience - developer dashboard, API documentation, SDKs, etc.

• Drive the tactics and delivery timelines for the work required to drive growth

• Work with our executive leadership team as well as leaders across verticals (Point of Sale, Capital), and organizations (Product, Marketing, Sales, Support, etc) to grow our active developer base.

• Develop innovative and industry leading products that uniquely serve Square’s customers

• Inspire your cross-functional peers in order to build a strong partnership in delivering excellent products and services

• Influence key stakeholders throughout Square in order to align resources and prioritization

You Have

• 6+ years as a product manager, software engineer, or developer evangelist.

• Strong developer empathy and experience shaping product direction and execution based on customer needs.

• Experience driving growth initiatives that require deeper data analysis (DAU/MAU/LTV/Churn).

• Navigated product scale challenges in a high growth environment.

• Developed industry leading products that have gained a strong followership and product loyalty.

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
