Our software powers the entire delivery experience: we have close relationships with the best restaurants in every city, a network of Caviar Couriers and customers ordering products on 3 platforms.

You will..

• Design and run experiments and interpret the resulting insights to help guide process and ship features.

• Work closely with product managers to understand and deliver on needs of customers from a data science perspective.

• Creatively solve tough technical challenges, both algorithmic and architectural. Help build and define the rapidly growing field of productionization of machine learning.

• Write concise code and sensible tests, especially in python and all things data-focused.

• Assist in the design of large-scale systems that keep things running smoothly.

• Get a balanced, supportive, fun working environment, and career path.

• Make hungry people happy.

You have..

• 5+ years of solid, practical experience.

• Expertise in at least one data-focused language (Python, R, Matlab, etc)

• Strong knowledge of statistics, hypothesis testing, modeling, and analyzing experiment data.

• Experience in or desire to learn Python, machine learning, and the Caviar technology stack.

Even better..

• You have an advanced degree in math, statistics, computer science, or another related discipline

• You have worked in real-time logistics, food related or not.

• Solving classic computer science problems in the real world is an interest.

• A real passion for good food, maybe even have worked in the food industry before!
