Job Description

As a Salesfoce Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining Square’s Salesforce.com platform. This will include the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of the platform. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support and Engineering teams to meet the needs and goals of the business.

You will:

  • Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, triggers, and email alerts
  • Work with Squares across the company (business, finance, marketing, product, engineering, customer support) as the business partner in using Salesforce to gain operational efficiencies
  • Handle all inbound User requests and respond to them in a timely manner
  • Perform and document program unit tests based on sample data, stipulated functional test conditions and stipulated expected results; resolve any issues of functionality (i.e., debug program logic errors)
  • Must be a team player with solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Create and maintain thorough, up-to-date, functional and technical systems documentation

Qualifications

You have:

  • BS or MS in Information Systems, Computer Science or other relevant degree
  • In-depth knowledge with Salesforce.com setup, architecture, and implementation best practices
  • Understanding of CRM principles including sales operations and support center best practices
  • Knowledge in SOQL and Visualforce/APEX is mandatory
  • Impeccable customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Extremely high attention to detail
  • Previous roles in a high growth, tech environment highly desired
