Partnerships, Enablement Lead
- San Francisco, CA
We believe the economy is better when everyone has access. When everyone has room to grow. No one should be left out because the cost is too great or the technology too complex. We started with a little white credit card reader but haven’t stopped there. We’re empowering the independent electrician to send invoices, setting up the favorite food truck with a delivery option, helping the ice cream shop pay its employees, and giving the burgeoning coffee chain capital for a second, third, and fourth location. We’re here to help sellers of all sizes start, run, and grow their business—and helping them grow their business is good business for everyone.
The Partner Enablement role is responsible for creating and executing scalable on-boarding programs that benefit Square and Square’s Partners. You will be primarily focused on helping our Partnerships organization sell-through our partners’ products into Square’s merchant base, working very closely with Square’s Sales and Marketing teams. You will become an expert on our partners’ products, and be competent with training our internal Square Sales teams on how to market and sell partner products. This is an exciting opportunity working with Square partners across omnichannel commerce ecosystem. You will secondarily be responsible for helping our partners sell Square’s products into their customer bases. This will require a knowledge of Square’s products and value propositions.
This is a critical role on the partnerships team, and you will be required to have a good mix of abilities that include: ability to understand and explain multiple products’ value propositions, strong communication and presentation skills to create and own training programs, an ability to be a confident public speaker and product expert, and a desire to drive for significant growth in our business.
