Our Sales Operations & Strategy Team builds the strategy, infrastructure, processes, and tools to dramatically accelerate our performance against ambitious targets. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will increase the productivity and production of the sales team through a combination of analyses, initiatives, and process improvements.
Own the sales team metrics, reporting, and dashboards we use to run the business
Drive the analyses that steer the sales org including compensation and quotas, lead generation and management, market coverage and segmentation, customer onboarding and retention, etc.
Work regularly with cross-functional stakeholders to enable sales and share successes
Help drive the product roadmap by identifying product gaps and communicating them accordingly
Bachelors degree required, with major in analytical or technical field strongly preferred
1-2+ years of analytical experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, or relevant role
Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, complex analyses, and models
Experience with SQL or similar data language required (Tableau, Salesforce, Python, or Ruby experience a plus)
Creative problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude to overcome any obstacle and get things done
Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate quantitative data into actionable business recommendations and communicate complex data concepts in ways that Sales leaders and the wider organization will understand
Ability to successfully navigate and influence strong personalities within a complex business environment; ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects under deadline pressure
