Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to drive customer acquisition at scale, in a ROI-positive way.  You must be comfortable managing to results, effectively overseeing a combination of internal resources and external agency partners.   This is a high impact role with lots of room for growth. This role is part of the Growth organization at Weebly, which includes growth marketing, product marketing, and growth product.

Qualifications

You will:

  • Develop, manage, scale and measure the performance of acquisition campaigns across a variety of paid channels
  • Combine a data-driven approach with strong marketing instincts to identify and prioritize target audiences.
  • Become a deep expert in all our acquisition space by learning about our product, developing a view of how we stack up against competitors, and constantly seeking insights about our target customer.
  • Partner closely with the rest of the growth marketing and growth team to drive alignment across all acquisition programs
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Own the end-to-end execution of marketing acquisition programs, from content development to targeting, production, deployment, and testing
  • With analytics partners, analyze the performance of your marketing campaigns, communicate those results to stakeholders, and drive improvements based on that analysis
  • Exploring and testing new performance marketing channels.

 

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools
  • Passion for acquisition
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing channels and experience optimizing campaigns by relevant KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, etc.
  • Affiliate experience a plus
