Weebly enables entrepreneurs to create a site, blog, or online store they are proud to share. We have a nimble, efficient team that is focused on building a surprisingly easy product experience to meet the needs of millions around the world.

As Senior Program Manager, you will be a key member of our product organization, driving the planning and delivery of our aggressive product portfolio from vision to launch.  You’ll also lead high impact, cross functional initiatives that lead to operational excellence throughout the company.

Qualifications

You will:

  • Own successful delivery of large impact and highly cross-functional product initiatives while simultaneously and accurately tracking a set of smaller projects.
  • Drive strategic cross-functional planning by closely partnering with design, user research, product, and engineering to develop program plans, dependency identifications, and resourcing plan.
  • Help bring stakeholders to alignment on key issues using a large toolkit including structure, logic, data, clear communications, and emotional intelligence.
  • Continuously improve product delivery and execution.
  • Establish and drive the adoption of program frameworks, tools and best practices.
  • Lead post-program analysis to guide future programs.
  • Effectively communicate to management the plans, status, risks (and mitigations).  Escalate urgent issues appropriately and drive them to closure in a timely manner.

You have:

  • 3+ years of experience in program management in software/web development organizations, management consulting, or an operational role.
  • High EQ and executive presence: able to collaborate with and influence designers, product managers, engineering teams and key stakeholders from different business functions.
  • Solid understanding of agile product development methodologies.
  • Proactively identify challenges and risks, working closely with a cross-functional team to address and mitigate them.
  • Ability to succeed and thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
  • Able to make clear recommendations/decisions using logic and data analysis.
  • Focused on results and outcomes: can solve problems creatively and establish processes that are appropriate and flexible when needed.
  • Strong sense of ownership. Proactively remove program obstacles, and willingness to go above and beyond to chase down details that lead to a successful product delivery.
