You Will:

• Provide real-time solutions on orders via SMS to couriers and phone calls to merchants regarding delivery logistics.

• Investigate orders in real time to intervene in fraudulent activity

• Drive real-time analysis and problem-solving of orders to provide optimal solutions for Caviar stakeholders

• Contribute to high impact projects

• Strategically think about operational improvements and efficiencies

You Have:

• Friendly and customer service oriented demeanor

• Doing what it takes to meet and exceed expectations

• Attention to detail, making sure nothing gets missed

• Ability to multitask under pressure

• Restaurant industry or hospitality experience is a plus

• Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule (night and weekend shifts apply)
