Senior Product Marketing Analyst, Payments

Payments is Square's core product and the foundation for the growth of many other Square products. Millions of merchants use the payments product for their business every day. The Payments Product Marketing team ensures that the right customers are getting the right message, through the right channels, and represents the customers voice in product strategy discussions and decisions. The ultimate goal is to make sure we are building the right products and to drive growth and engagement with our products.
As a Payments Product Marketing Analyst:
Partner with Square's marketing, external partnerships, and product teams to identify strategic opportunities to accelerate Square's payments growth
Be the trusted voice of sellers by surfacing quantitative insights that shape product direction and strategy
Lead A/B test design and implementation for growth and engagement campaigns, and make results-driven recommendations
Present and communicate analyses to management and other stakeholders in order to drive business decisions
Provide comprehensive day-to-day analytics support to partner teams, develop tools and resources to empower data access and self-service so your expertise can be leveraged where it is most impactful
BA/BS degree or 5+ years of industry experience using data analytics to produce impactful insights in product, marketing, consulting, or business roles
Experience driving cross-functional analytics projects from beginning to end: hypothesis formation, data model design, logging, ETL, validation, analysis, machine learning, visualization, and presentation
Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
Ability to clearly communicate complex results to partners in verbal, visual, and written formats
Willingness to learn new tools and technologies to model and solve unstructured problems
Experience with large data sets is a plus
