Company Description
We believe everyone should be able to participate and thrive in the economy, so we’re building tools that make commerce easier and more accessible to all. We began with a little white credit card reader but haven’t stopped there.
We started Square Capital to serve as a trusted partner to our sellers, facilitating the funding they need to take the next important step in their business. Our role in the Square ecosystem puts us in a unique position to expand access to capital to more businesses of all sizes. Using technology and data, we bring simplicity, flexibility, and transparency to financial products, creating a more inclusive financial system.
And with Square Installments we’re redefining consumer financing with products that allow shoppers to spread the cost of large purchases over time, with clear and transparent terms. In addition, Square sellers are seeing significant growth by offering this flexible new payment method.
