Square is looking for high-energy, driven professionals with sound business insight and natural investigative instincts to join and help support our Sales organization. You will act as a brand ambassador for Square, identifying and qualifying prospective inbound sellers. You will qualify prospective merchants utilizing your phone communication skills while articulating the value of Square for their business.
As a successful Account Development Representative, you will leverage insights and product knowledge to educate customers and assist in solving problems. You are able to understand how Square’s ecosystem of products can adapt to fit many types of businesses. You will work with Square sellers of all sizes, from small family run businesses to strategic partnerships for Square.
You will be trained on all aspects of the organization and surrounded by driven professionals who are passionate about their job, competitive by nature, and who will achieve and often exceed their quotas. You will actively participate in the development of our sales process, the articulation of our value proposition, and the creation of key tools and assets.
Rapidly respond to marketing-driven inbound leads
Quickly determine which customers are good product fits for Square
Prioritize your pipeline for maximum efficiency on a daily basis
Learn to sell effectively in a dynamic, innovative, fast-paced environment
Understand complex enterprise business requirements and help craft custom solutions
Gain extensive experience working closely with our sales, marketing and partnership teams
Act as a brand ambassador for Square and create a fantastic first impression with our Sellers
A BA/BS degree
