Square is looking for a results-oriented and relentless individual who thrives in challenging business development environments. You will help grow our Build With Square Platform by prospecting software platforms who can leverage Squares APIs to provide a wide range of Sellers with tools to manage their business.
You will be part of a growing organization that needs your business development best-practices and experience. This position combines inbound and outbound partnership prospecting. As the first line of contact, you will need to be versed on all the different possible ways platforms can partner with Square, including both technical and business feasibility, and be quick to react and qualify a partner given our teams priorities. You will need grit and adaptability to an ever-changing API ecosystem and partner landscape. Your success will be measured by the number of leads converted to opportunities for our Business Development Managers to close.

1+ years in a qualifying or prospecting role required
Proven cold calling experience
No reservations communicating over the phone
Experience with API's is desired
Experience adapting to changing product-set
