As our business continues to grow at a record pace, Caviar is building an amazing cross country sales organization. The Inside Account Executive role is an opportunity to leverage your sales skills in order to expand the number of crave-worthy restaurants that work with Caviar.
Who are we looking for? Someone who's a natural at selling, negotiating, and persuading. A candidate that is positive, professional, and not afraid of competition. Someone who can enthusiastically talk about Caviar’s platform, why Caviar is a great service for restaurants, and negotiate a favorable and fair price.
Your primary focus will be bringing on new restaurant partners that fit our strict partnership criteria. The role will require superior inside sales skills (communication, emailing, cold calling, and organization). Leverage your prospecting skills to identify and sell the best restaurants in assigned sales territories to join Caviar’s platform
Communicate constantly with prospects via email, phone, and video conference meetings
Utilize a data-driven approach to guide communication strategy
Achieve and consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Act as an outward-facing ambassador of Caviar’s beliefs, brand, and product
Learn fast and be a team player on a small and fast-paced inside sales team
2-4 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar customer-facing role
A BA/BS degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work with ruthless efficiency (i.e. multi-tasking, manage multiple projects, and follow-through while paying strict attention to detail)
Extreme Ownership: you can point to multiple experiences where you owned your sales territory as if it was your own small business
Familiarity with professional software, relationship management, and sales automation tools, e.g. Google Docs, Salesforce, Docusign, etc.
Coachability, interest in listening, retaining, and implementing feedback, and dedication to the consistent improvement of your craft
The ability to adapt to new situations quickly and think on your feet
Outgoing, positive, and persuasive personality
Restaurant industry, hospitality, or technology sales experience is a plus
